College of The Albemarle (COA) held its graduation and challenge coin ceremony for the Paramedic Class of 2023 on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. Presentation of challenge coins, similar to pins presented for other medical programs, provides the opportunity to recognize students for excellence.
We recognized eight students for successfully completing all paramedic program requirements. Students completing this course must complete a total of 1000 hours of training.
Congratulations to the November 2023 graduates (l-r): Sean Darsee, Dare County; Ethan Tack, Dare County; Stephanie Kite, Dare County; Jennifer McCallum, Dare County; Kayla Trader, Currituck County; Arthur Davis, Pasquotank County; and Jacob Lynch, Dare County. Not pictured, Ben Abe, Dare County.
