Limited Liability Student Accident Insurance

All curriculum students have a limited liability student accident insurance policy purchased on their behalf by College of The Albemarle. This policy covers such things as injuries incurred while on campus or traveling in a college capacity, as well as eligible expenses by a physician or doctor, care or services from a hospital, and prescription drugs.

The maximum medical benefit for an accident is $15,000. If you have an accident or injury, you’ll need to fill out an accident form as soon as possible and no more than 60 days from the date of the accident. Accident forms are available at the Student Development Office.
